How can I apply for the Swastha Sachetan Mitra (SSM) position?
You can apply by visiting our Branch Office or filling out the application form on the 'Careers' page of our website. Ensure you have your 10th-grade mark sheet and ID proof ready for verification.
Is there any training fee for the recruitment program?
Our primary orientation training is free for all selected candidates. However, there might be a nominal security deposit for the medical kits which is disclosed during the final onboarding process.
What is the duration of the training program?
The standard orientation and medical kit training program lasts for 7 to 15 days, depending on the role level (SSM, GPS, or BHM).
How is the salary processed for field workers?
Salaries are credited directly to the worker's bank account on a monthly basis. Field workers are required to submit their health report diaries to their respective GP Supervisors for verification by the 5th of every month.
Does the foundation provide medical support for serious illnesses?
While our foundation focuses on primary monitoring and awareness, we assist rural patients by connecting them with major hospitals and helping them navigate government health insurance schemes for advanced treatment.
